Billing Problems - More than a Month Ago

Hello, I had numerous double charges in the past & found them in the receipts. But, I can only request a refund for the charges within around the last month or so. I tracked each one & wrote down the transaction number, reference number & charge amount. I just need a live person to be able to email the listed transactions so they can be reviewed / refunded. Any help is appreciated!
