this happens rarely to my macbook pro but Its been somewhat concerning me. Sometimes when I shut my laptop down I'm greeted with this screen for about 5-10 seconds. The device does still work. I must emphasize again that this only happens occasionally.
what does this most likely mean? I still have the warranty on the device, had to get it fixed once so if I need to have it looked at again I can.

You can try reinstalling the macOS on top of the macOS to sort anomalies
