Unable to use streaming services, sound but no video on Apple TV 4K

When using a Samsung Flip 2 55" Safari (either in Mac Mini or Apple TV 4K) will not play any Streaming service, such as HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, etc.

The root cause is not an issue with the HDMI cable, the Samsung Flip, the issue is SAFARI. When I was experiencing this issue on my Mac Mini M1, I called Disney+ support, the customer service representative, told me in less than a minute that I should avoid using Safari and use EDGE og Chrome. I use EDGE explorer from Microsoft, and inmediatly I was able to use all streaming services.

I will kindly ask Apple to resolve this issue in Safari, so I will be able to use my Apple TV 4K on the Samsung Flip. I must say that I have seen pleople complaining about the same in other forums and the solution is only on the hands of Apple. Please update Safari.
