Synchronizing MS Office 365 Mail Contacts and Calendar with iphone

Is there a way to sync an individual ISP provided (ie. Comcast) email account to Microsoft Outlook 365? My goal is to have 2 way synchronization between my iphone and my PC desktop Outlook (for mail, Contacts and Calendar). Email (using imap) seem to work fine out of the box but Calendar and Contacts is not working. know there are 3rd party application that will do this and there is lots of suggestions such as set up as Exchange server (not an option for me). There are many youtube suggestions but I have not been able to make any work for me. Thanks!

Simply add the email account on both devices.

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other
