Black screen and won’t turn on and it makes a siren noise when I push side buttons and I can literally hear sounds and vibration and notifications but it won’t come on i even did the reset with up volume button and push down volume button quickly and released it then press and hold power button and I got nothing still a black screen what did my daughter do to her phone please help?
