I would like to know if is it possible to import motion photos from a samsung phone to my new iphone and see them as live photos. I've tried google photos to do it but it's impossible to download the files even as a static photo. How could I make it happen? Thanks.

You can transfer motion photos (android) to iPhone using google photos. Your motion photos must be uploaded to google photos. If you have the same photo on your iPhone you will need to delete the still photo from your library and download it from google photos. It will then play as a live/motion photo on either device.
