Emac airport card

You should if you can find the proper one for your eMac's sub-model. The first gen eMacs used a airport card that only did wireless b protocol. The three remaining used the AirPort Extreme card that did wireless b/g. You need to get a positive ID of your sub-model before shopping. The config code I believe is the last three characters of the serial number

Be aware that even with a card, no emac is very useful on the modern web. Most sites will reject old browsers that ran on macOS 10.5, the highest version the latest eMacs can run. I have the last eMac, the 2005 model and it is dreadfully slow on a wired 100MB/sec cable internet connection. I use a fork of Mozilla called TenFourFox. It may stop working so is a short-term solution. Also TFF does not support plugins so no video support. If you need more than slow, text-only web pages, I suggest you save your money and let the eMac slip away,,

An alternative method may be a wireless Ethernet bridge connected to the Ethernet port of the eMac. There are dedicated bridge devices (from Netgear, Linksys, and others), but an easier way could be to use one of the Wi-Fi range extenders with Ethernet bridge capabilities (Edimax EW-7438RPn Mini is merely one example).
