I can’t delete apps to make room on my phone storage. Any help as to how I can do this?

The one thing you can still do with a jammed-full phone is go to Settings, General, iphone storage and empty "recently deleted."
If you already emptied that and you are still too full to make a backup or turn on icloud photos you will have to DFU recover the phone and restore your last backup, or start again.
OK my phone is saying that my phone storage is full I cannot transfer anything over to my iCloud storage! I also cannot delete apps it’s saying I have 1 million apps and I can’t delete them
