Please help me. I was charging my macbook and once I turned it on the fans immediately went on and they’re really loud and the battery icon is gone even in the system preferences it doesn’t show the battery option and my cycle count is at 0 now. When I close the lid the fans are still on and the apple logo is still glowing.

Hold power button down to shut down. Then power up again with the button. If this has no effect then restart in safe mode to reset the system.
