I sent my MacBook Pro to go get fixed for a certain problem one year ago (I had apple care). Now it has the SAME problem again!

One year ago, my laptop had this pretty big issue. Whenever I opened the laptop, if I pushed the screen open more than a 45* angle, the screen would go black. The laptop was still on, I could still hear videos and stuff playing, but the screen was completely black. At the time I had apple care, so I quickly sent it to go get fixed and it seemed like they had fixed the problem and sent it back. Now, one year later it started up with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM again and now my apple care has expired, so I don’t know how to get it fixed. This is super frustrating. I thought they had fixed this issue but now a year later it’s suffering from the exact same problem. I don’t know what to do, I can’t afford paying out of pocket to get it fixed right now. They should’ve fixed this issue.
