on iphone 6, how do I get my choo choo ringtone back

I finally I've been FORCED to ditch my old iphone 5 and now setting up my 6. Found the choo choo ring tone but it's listed buried under ALERT TONES. NOT under RING TONES like it was.

Is there a way to get that back? Husband loves steam trains and I've had it set to be his ringtone for years. IS there a way to get that out of alert tones and back into RING TONES?

WHY has apple got to do this with every upgrade? Foul things up we HAD before?
