MacBook Pro 2018, Repeated Logic Board Failures
3rd time the logic board has failed, Apple support has denied free replacement even though the last two replacement was done by the authorised service centre.
As a matter of fact the service centre was so helpful because they had the history they escalated the issue to Apple, but Apple customer service manager was quick enough to reject the replacement request.
I had to buy a new Mac Mini meanwhile but honestly if a board can’t survive for more than 1 why wasn’t it recalled ?
I am still trying to get this escalated but hopefully Apple won’t let us down.
