Launch the Mac App Store, sign in with your Apple ID, and then download:
These are the required versions for Big Sur (new iMac) in case you restored out-of-date versions. For each of the existing application icons for these applications, right-click on that icon, and choose options > remove from Dock. Replace it by dragging the respective Pages, Numbers, or Keynote application icon from your /Applications folder onto your Dock.
