Can send vaccine card qr code to health app but not wallet

The MyChart app has a page that displays the QR code from our covid-19 vaccination cards. At the bottom of the page there is a button that reads, "Add to Apple Wallet & Health." I clicked and was able to add the code to the health app, but not the wallet. I get an error message stating I could not add it "at this time." I get that same error message over and over. Has anybody else run into this? Is there a fix?

Yes. Apple needs your provider sending the electronic data with the right status flag, otherwise Apple wallet could not accept it. Look at your Health data FHIR (browse>immunizations>covid-19 vaccine> and click on each dose...at the very bottom shoud be the FHIR source data. and you should see a status in quotes at the top of the string. If your provider IT team will make the update (they are struggling to keep up with so much on many fronts), it will update in youir health, then you Wallet will accept it.

I believe mine was at first "verified". I think Apple is looking for "completed" or Administered. I alerted my hospital, and it took a month, but one day I got an update, and adding to the wallet then worked.
