modem firmware corruption

My iPhone 12 Pro Max has been experiencing an issue lately, Cellular Update Failed. After doing all the recommended steps, my iPhone is showing Add Cellular Plan, which seems that the phone no longer recognizes my carrier. I am wondering if the modem firmware is corrupt. The iPhone is using the latest update, iOs 15.12. Any ideas?

iPhone 11 Cellular issue error My iPhone 11 is not able latch to mobile network the cellular data modem switch is grayed out and also I can’t see any modem firmware sw version in general setting .The error I see is Cellular data issue I have tried to Reset the network setting and all settings , Reboot the iPhone after enabling flight mode ,Removed and reinserted the sim but it’s not working. if anyone has encountered such issues then pls suggest solution to resolve this issue. What did your carrier tell you when you contacted them? Have they replaced your SIM?
