iOS 15.2 Battery Drain

I'm using a iPhone 12 pro max and I've notices the same after updating to IOS15.2. My battery drains a lot faster compared to the previous IOS version.

Since the day i have updated the ios to 15.2 version i am noticing that the battery of my iPhone 12 is draining fast ..if anyone know the solution for it plz let me know.

I don't have any Widgets and no Pairing to other devices. Battery is still draining so not the problem. The problem is the update.

Yes, the problem was the update, but I can now fully charge. I suspect they downloaded a fix about two days ago.

My phone is charging, but seems to be running down too quickly. I’m going to try CarPlay in a few minutes.

Mine did the same, but it is now holding a charge. Although it seems to run down faster than usual.

Yeah I just updated it this morning I’ve barely used it it’s gone down 10% in just 10 minutes I have the iPhone 13

Yes my iphone 7plus i replace the battery yesterday and Full the new one it drop about 18% in hour while using and drop 40% in 7 hours sleep time!

on my first generation ipone se, i still see big battery drain during the night in focus mode with 15.2 upgrade , upto 60% in 8 hours (battery condition is still at 84%)

Same problem here, fast drain after 15.2 update on both iPads and iPhone. Definitely not normal!

This was never an issue with previous versions, battery lasted for 2 days and nights

i will do the battery discharge check, but don’t think thats the rootecause off this issue

Well past 72 hours here. iPhone se2. 15.2. 80% down to 35% overnight.

so i did the battery discharge check, charged to 100% en shutdown for 8 hours.

on re-start first shows 99% and than a rapid decrease to 88%

Specifically when using hotspot through WiFi, after the 15.2 iOS update. Battery drops at an accelerated rate like 15% in half an hour. Honestly it’s absurd! ( iPhone 11)

I do not appreciate the fact that my battery percentage on my iPhone keeps dropping dramatically.
