Can't FaceTime one specific contact

I can't FaceTime to my wife' iPhone form my iPhone.

iOS 15.1.1 both.

The same problem is between our daughter' iPhone and my wife' iPhone: our daughter can't FaceTime to my wife.

In the same time:

I have no problem with FaceTime to other contacts;
I can send message to my wife through iMessage;
my wife can FaceTime to my iPhone;
friend of my wife can FaceTime to my wife' iPhone, but neither me nor our daughter can do this;
I can FaceTime to my wife' iPhone through my iPad and MacBook but not through my iPhone.

I'm iOS developer and I've tried a lot of different stuff: restart, iCloud synchronisation etc.

Could you help me to handle this bug?

Let's see how we can help. iOS version 15.2 was recently released, so update the devices then test them: Get the latest software updates from Apple. There are some additional steps to try here: If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
