HP Smart App Not Responding
I'm running HP Smart version 13.2.1 and when I try to use it to scan or print, it wants me to sign in. I click that option and after a a bit, it says "uploading account" with a spinning circle. I've left it for 5-10 minutes and this screen stays the same, so I can't do anything with this app.
Looking on the HP support site, it recommended removing the app and its Library files, then installing the app again from the Mac App Store. I did this - same result.
I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 on a 2018 Mac Mini. Any suggestions?
