After installing WatchOS 8.3 my Series 7 45mm will not charge. It cycles through as if someone keeps taking the watch off and on the charger again. I am using the OEM Apple Watch charger, but this also happens on a 3rd party charger that I've used without issue until last night, after I installed this update. Yippee. Wasn't 8.3 supposed to actually fix this issue? Weird because charging was fine on 8.2.
The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

But the charger was MIFI certified i bought them recently (marchpower) from Amazon, but if not i will return it and buy the original one. Thanks
Does your watch charge with the charger which came with the watch? If it does, it's not the watch, it's the 3rd party chargers.
Still not charging
I think I finally got it to work. I restarted both my iPhone and watch. I also changed my charger for my watch. Fingers crossed!
I have a series 6 watch which is not charging after upgrading to OS 8.3. I m using the charger which came with my watch. Is there a way to address this issue
This did not work for me. It stops charging after a few minutes, no matter the optimized battery charging setting. Good idea, though. Thanks.
