IPad Kindle freezes. After trying all the suggestions in previous conversations, it may or may not work again for a very short time. Then it freezes again. Works fine on my iPhone. Please advise. Thank you.

I took the advice if Jonathan Burger—and contacted Amazon customer service. Their advice of clearing the cache or archiving all downloaded books [in addition to all of the previous advice, especially deleting & reinstalling the Kindle app on ALL devices; rebooting etc.] has made the app working well at this time.
