How do you fix the cutoff Analog clock icon in macOS?

This has been an issue for over a year, I guess no one uses analog clocks, but because the only solution for "hiding the clock and time" in the menu is to turn it to Analog, because now it activates a menu showing notifications (counter-intuitive).

So for now, either, how to hide via Terminal the clock, or how do you edit the icon to fix the cut off circle?

I know, it is subtle, but it is obvious once you see it, in comparison to the round of the search, the control center, even your "C" icon is correctly round. I just wish Apple could fix this Analog clock, because I would fix it myself, but they now lock these icons in the non-edible regions of the source code, instead of .icns files. I miss the days of ResEdit because I'd just fix something like this for myself instead of waiting all of Big Sur, and now with Monterey is still cut off.

Thanks for confirming it still looks incorrect. If Apple will see this and fix at some point in 2022, that would be nice.

I use the Accessibility > Zoom feature to then press the "Control" key and use the scroll wheel to open a picture-in-picture to zoom in on an area I need to see details. That is a feature of MacOS, so I'd think they would pay attention to the circular shape of a clock.. one that is impossible to move, remove, like in prior OS releases, and is now tied to the Notification Center side bar, which is also less useful than prior Mac releases. The iOS macOS bridging is leaving some areas of reason for an upgrade. One of these is the use of an Analog clock icon that is actually round. Instead of a clipped off masked version of one. It is also more noticeable on a HDMI out TV at 1080p. Or an old 27" Apple Cinema Display, which I am using both. So the round icon is visible at 72dpi. At retina quality, it is still noticeable on my MacBook Pro.. so I guess it is just me.

I appreciate you helping to confirm that it is an issue with the core system, and nothing an individual user can do to fix it.
