Rummikub App on the iPhone 13

Hello-

I love playing Rummikub. I installed the app on my new iPhone 13. I have watched dozens of videos on how to close open apps on the iPhone 13 (hold down the lower corner and move slightly up towards the center). While this tip works on the majority of apps, it DOES NOT work for this app. I have to power off the phone to close this app.

Who do we reach out to in order to notify 3-rd party developers about this issue?

Hey there, LiveNow68!

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! If we understand correctly, you're running into issues with closing/quitting the Rummikub app on your iPhone 13. We can understand wanting to find out why and how to fix it. We will do all we can to help you locate the answers and support you need.

What version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About. If the iOS software does not show as iOS 15.2, you will want to create a backup of your iPhone, then update the software. Here's how:

Also, is the Rummikub app itself up-to-date? You can check by opening the App Store and looking under the Account section. Additionally, check out this link with information on how to respond to apps that do not work as expected: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.

We hope this information helps you out.

Take care!
