Losing WiFi network

Dear Sir/Madam


I bought before 2 weeks ago 2 IPhones 13 pro Max and both of them are losing the WiFi signal despite that the routers are 4 meters away from my location.


my previous cellphone was Huwai and this problem was never happened.


please see attached photo which shows the What’s App. looking for network.


please advise,

Here use private Wi-Fi addresses for all devices, also Windows OS laptops. It works perfect.
