Losing WiFi network

Dear Sir/Madam

I bought before 2 weeks ago 2 IPhones 13 pro Max and both of them are losing the WiFi signal despite that the routers are 4 meters away from my location.

my previous cellphone was Huwai and this problem was never happened.

please see attached photo which shows the What’s App. looking for network.

Wifi Signal Strength Issue on my phone Hello Team, I have been facing wifi signal strength issue. Even if i move 5 feets away from router, i cannot use my wifi internet. I did reset my network setting, still issue is not fixed. Kindly advice me how to fix this issue. Note: Even my husband is using iPhone, his phone works well. Only am facing the network problem. Iphone Wifi Connectivity Issue Hello, My phones ability to detect wifi networks decreased somehow. It used to work perfectly but now suddenly if I am not in a close range to the router I have trouble staying connected. It only shows one degree of connectivity on top of the screen and kicks me out of the network occasionally. I did everything suggested in the article but it doesn't work (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204051). PS: I am also having the same issue with my Bluetooth. My phone is five years old everything works perfectly but this deficiency. I dropped my phone recently, can this cause the problem somehow? Can someone please offer another method? Thanks a lot! Giz

Here use private Wi-Fi addresses for all devices, also Windows OS laptops. It works perfect.
