iCloud Drive process cloudd stucks – Kill process restarts sync

Often I'm saving files to iCloud Drive.

Those files will not uploaded completely.

I have to kill the cloudd process to upload the files.

Anyone else with this problem?

iMac, OS X 10.11

No, the files will not appear in iCloud.

The upload will not finished.

See picture below.

The files are not reaching my iPhone see below.

The folder "QHQ Back in town" is missing

After killing the cloudd process it will finished.

thanks for the link.

I used the Activity Monitor.

The owner of the cloudd process was my account.

We understand that it appears that your files aren’t completely saving to iCloud Drive, but they’re incomplete. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

If you check your files at iCloud.com, do files appear to be incomplete there, too? If so, let's try signing out of iCloud on your Mac, then sign back in to see if that has any effect:

Are the apps that you’re creating those files from completely up-to-date?

Is your Mac up to date with its latest macOS? You can check that here: Update macOS on Mac
