Icon for Network Activity is constantly spinning
My icon for Network Activity is constantly spinning, even when phone is not in use and all items are closed. I am on WIFI almost always. It is draining my battery quickly.

FOUND IT! Settings > General> Background App Refresh > Background App Refresh and select Off.
