I just received the DVD with a code fully sealed from preorder and when I attempt to redeem the digital to my iTunes account I get an error that states " This offer is not available yet"
please advise what this is and why this is happening
I would like to add the movie to my library and no the code was not used before as I stated it was a brand new fully sealed DVD pre-order direct to me today

Same here, using the code that came with the 4K/blu-ray. I preordered it from Amazon and it arrived today.

I am encountering this issue too. From what I’ve found online The official release date is December 21st so maybe this is why we can’t access it yet. I am going to wait until then to try again if not I will have to exchange it.
