Do not disturb not working Mac
I have do not disturb turned on but Mail still makes sounds when new mail arrives. My settings are right as far as I can see.

This exact problem is happening to me too.
Hey there Bruce,
Sounds like we’re working with a Focus/Do Not Disturb on your Mac and you’re still receiving notifications from the Mail app. Is that the only app still notifying you while the Focus is enabled?
From your screenshot it also looks like you’re sharing the Focus across your devices, are you encountering Mail providing notifications anywhere else? Any similarities in the incoming emails that are triggering the notifications? For example, all from a specific email account, if you have multiple. All from specific contacts, etc?
Thanks.
Bruce,
Thanks for observing the situation further. Knowing it’s happening with all email accounts and contacts is helpful. Can we test this in safe mode? You can even send yourself an email to test it, so that it’s a quick procedure. How to use safe mode on your Mac
Thank you.
Same identical issue here. After installing 12.1 the incoming email sound is still active even though Focus is on. The banner emails are not showing as expected. All other connected devices (iPad and iPhone) are working properly.
