Hello guys. I apologize in advance for my English. As you can see in the screenshot, I cannot activate this setting. I don't know how to do it please can someone who knows show me the solution?

Please check your Screen Time Restrictions

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Background App Activity [Allow]
