Problem playing audio files in Word (.docx) on Mac OS

I have Office software installed on the Mac OS

Now I have a Word file that contains some audio files

This Word file works well on the Windows operating system. But on Mac OS, it can not play audio.

On Mac OS, I get the following error:

Microsoft Word

The server application, source file, or item cannot be found.

Make sure the application is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved, renamed, or blocked by policy.
