Apple watch 7 - missing keyboard

I had a keyboard, then yesterday my watch was in French and there was no longer a keyboard.

Both my Phone and watch are in English, but the message app often (not always) is in French.

I even tried to switch the watch to Spanish and it stayed in French.

None of the options listed work for me.

for the following option:

"If you don’t see the keyboard, swipe up from the bottom, then tap the Keyboard button."

On what page do we swipe up? Can't be done from the iMessage screen. It is not an option on the screen where we choose the language and where "suggestions" are.

"Use the QWERTY and QuickPath keyboard: (U.S. English and Simplified Chinese only, Apple Watch Series 7 only) Tap characters to enter them or use the QuickPath keyboard to slide from one letter to the next without lifting your finger. To end a word, lift your finger.

If you don’t see the keyboard, swipe up from the bottom, then tap the Keyboard button."

Hello, the keyboard was working / showing for 2 days after buying iwatch, unfortunately it disappeared .. and currently it is not showing up in any of the applications on my iwatch7. At the same time my iphone 11 suggests me to type text on the iphone screen.. I am disappointed with the complete lack of a keyboard on my iwatch7. I tried restart, but it did not help.
