M1 Pro Slow after a game,3D Modelling or this kind of things

My M1 Pro Macbook Pro 16 inch started being weirdly slow after a non-heavy workload such as playing League Of Legends or using Rhino 7.After 5 mins of started using these,mac starts weirdly slow on system animations,browsing on web...Can anyone help me pls?

"If you don't see the automatic graphics switching option, your computer has only one graphics system." Have a look at the link we sent previously for details.


With that said, did you work through the suggested steps in the other support articles we sent? If so, which steps did you take exactly, and what were the results? For example, do you notice a change in performance when plugging in the power adapter?
