My Messages are synced on my iPhone and iPad, but not my MacBook Air. I have singed out of and back into my iCloud, Restarted my devices, and checked the settings on each device. When I hit the "sync now" button in Message Preferences, the progress bar in the bottom left turns blue but the messages never sync.

How long have you left your Mac syncing once you click "Sync Now"? The reason why we ask is it can take some time to complete the syncing process depending on the Wi-Fi speed and amount of messages syncing.

I have already confirmed that these settings are selected. I get all of my messages on my iPhone and iPad, but I only get them on my MacBook when I am home. I take my iPad (as well as my iPhone) to work with me every day but leave my MacBook at home. When I select "sync now" in preferences > iMessage, it starts to sync but never finishes.

We understand your iMessages aren't syncing between your devices and Mac. We'll be glad to assist.
Let's start off with checking some settings on your devices. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. On your Mac, open Messages and choose Messages > Preferences > iMessage. Verify both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID. You can then turn on Text Message Forwarding. This will ensure your text messages are sent to your Mac. If you send a message from the Messages app on your Mac, does that appear on your iPhone? If not, please follow this: If you can’t send or receive messages on your Mac - Apple Support
You can also Access your messages on all your Apple devices if you Use Messages in iCloud. This won't back up your messages conversations to iCloud, but will keep them up to date between all your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
