Perfectly normal. Most users lose 1-2 percent in battery health each month.

Well, sure. But, it's not that simple.
Batteries do not degrade linearly and battery health is only an estimate based on past use and varies based on usage patterns, environment, battery age, usage load, battery composition, whether you optimize charge, etc. Your battery is designed to hold 80 percent charge at 500 cycles. I just replaced my battery in my 2017 iPhone 8 this month (a little after 4 years of use).

Why is my battery percentage getting lesser and lesser evey month?
Because batteries are consumable and eventually run out
So after 1 year I could be down to 12-24 percent
