MacBook Repair Taking Too Long

my 2018 MacBook Air was having keyboard problems so it took it in to the apple store. They said that they could do the repair but they would need to send it to one of their warehouses. It has been 2 weeks now and all I have gotten is “we are looking at your product”. What should I do?

Call the Apple store and have a chat with them...
