I bought I phone 13 from apple , I received box ups with no phone in box.

My story begins on November 10th 2021, I decided to by an I phone for Christmas for my self, I figured, no ones going to buy me any Christmas gifts so I should be my self one. I purchased the I phone 13 pro on the apple website on November the 10th 2021, couple weeks past to December 8th, I get a not on my apartment door saying sorry we missed you from UPS, but we have delivered you I phone to lemon avenue store in dallas, please pick up at your convince. That was Monday, I went to the UPS store on Monday the 8th and they said Sorry, your phone is not here. I went Tuesday to the UPS store and they Sorry your phone is not here., I went Wednesday to the UPS store and they said Sorry your phones not here. I went Thursday to the UPS store and they said Sorry your phones not here. I went Friday to the UPS store and they said OH your phone was damaged, and it was returned to the apple store.

I called apple they said they do Investigation, and couple weeks later said they send new phone., I called apple and told them I had very bad experience with UPS and would like the phone to be sent o apple store on Knox Henderson, they informed it could not be done. I then asked if they could send to my work,. I gave my address and very kind associate said YES we can send to your work.,., Week or so passes, I get note on my apartment door from guess WHO??? UPS, saying sorry we missed you but you package will be delivered to ups store, so I go to ups store on December 20th 2021, and they say sorry no package here!.,. come back tomorrow it will be here. I come back today and they look for my package and say yes it here, they go look for it but can not find it, I SORRY YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT HERE.! so I go home look for tracking number so I can go back to store, on my way I see UPS truck, I stop them ask them about my package they call there manager, the manager says DJ the UPS driver delivered my package at ** location. I go back to store let them know what happened and they go look for package again, all of sudden they find my package, I open it and its empty, no phone for me!

what do I do know?"
