Original HomePod - failure
Purchased 6 original HomePod over the last 4 years. In the last year all have failed with the last one dying yesterday. Over the last year one by one they would continually lose connection and airplay became a nightmare.
What a poor product. May I ask others who have had the same issue please make a feed back to Apple using this link.

I have dusted down my old Sonos speakers and they are now up and running without issues. Long live Sonos. I say that with a heavy heart because my iPads and phone are brilliant Apple products. Seem Apple don’t care with regard original HomePod issues.
