iCloud drive stops synchronisation

What the **** is going on???

Synchronization stops almost at the very end of the process and ends only after macOS restarting

This is very often repeated on my MacBook Pro 13, M1, 2020.

There is no such problem on my MacBook Pro 13, 2015 next to it.

Both computers have the latest version of macOS (version. 12.1) and are on the same network under the same Apple ID
