iMac 2020 27 inch, 5700 XT GPU, freezing 2x / 3x times a day | HELP ME |

Machine:

iMac, 27 inch, 2020

3.8 GHZ, 8-core intel i7

AMD GPU 5700 XT 16GB

128GB DDR4

macOS Big Sur 11.4

This problem of freezing is likely caused by the GPU 5700 XT 16GB. The GPU in the iMac is very bad support. There is lack of drivers or what?

The freeze always followed by watching video, or doing a video call for working with after effects, or rendering video files. I suspect it also effected randomly when an app is trying to use hardware acceleration. Also when shutdown it never doing it properly, it always hanging before the system force shutdown

My question: why is Apple not recognizing this problem ? Why are still selling this professional machine. Its very frustrating for a professional to deal with this problem. I need a reliable system for my work.

IS THAT The Apple Inc. WAY OF TELLING TO MAKE A SWITCH TO PC?

OWC RAM is still an issue, but if the issue occurs with the Apple factory RAM, then I believe we need to proceed with an EtreCheck report. EtreCheck is a useful App to diagnose and identify issues, both hardware and software. It is trusted by many users. Please follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to: https://etrecheck.com and get the free version of EtreCheckPro.
Download it. It is a free and trusted app. It is often recommended here on Apple Support Communities.
Open EtreCheck, and before running the report, be sure to check “Allow full Drive Access” at the bottom of the EtreCheckPro window.
Run the report, and put it in a post, as seen here: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250000211. We will then examine the report for issues in your Mac.

OWC RAM is problematic in iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020). Replace it with Crucial RAM.

There are no known issues with the GPU in iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020). However, a common issue with this Mac is third party RAM. Did you upgrade the RAM yourself? If so, what brand did you use and where did you get the RAM?
