PHONE IS FROZEN
i can't do up date as i have no storage left on phone and do not want to do a rest as i will loose my pictures also my phone is frozen and tried to reset it still won't work

If your phone is rammed full and at the same time frozen it is highly unlikely you can recover any data. The restore option is likely the only one that will work,
Try the update option though.
