If it is music you leased with an Apple Music subscription, you can get it on your computer (I assume you are using a PC) by first downloading and installing iTunes.

iTunes - Apple

Then turn on iCloud Music Library. See the 'On your PC with iTunes for Windows' section in:

And you should have access to your music.

If you have an iPod touch, see the 'On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch' section in the above link.

You should note that with an Apple Music subscription you don't own that music. You only lease it to play on Apple approved devices. It is copy protected so you can't burn it to a CD for example. If you cancel your subscription or let it expire, all that music will go away.

If it is music you bought from the iTunes Store, then you can redownload it ti iTunes on your PC and then sync it to your iPod.

You should also be aware that syncing is meant to go from the computer to your device, not the other way around. Should you be in the unfortunate position where your computer has been lost, stolen or damaged and you have no viable backup of your library then you can use the steps in this link to attempt to recover most, if not all, of your media and other information from your devices.
