Regional music recommendations in Apple Music on all platforms.

For some reason, Apple seems to assume that everyone living in one specific region has to know the language of the majority in that region. For example, I do not want recommendations for music in Hindi (Bollywood/Independent/Anything).

Is there a way to change this, and get music recommendations for only a few languages and turn off the others?

Why not let the user choose the languages they want? How difficult is a setting like that? All other major streaming apps have this for ages.
