iTunes music will not sync.

When I try to sync my iPhone with my iTunes account, I click on music and the option to choose which music to sync does not show. It only says that iCloud Music library is ON and then is says Sync Voice Memos. Nothing to sync music.

music library no longer syncs I used to be able to purchase a song from iTunes on my iPhone, and it would automatically download to my iPad as well. However, the last two songs I’ve purchased aren’t syncing correctly. It looks like I have all my settings in place but it’s still not working. I tried to reboot both devices and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Music sync issues with Itunes 12.12.7.1 I'm having difficulty transferring new songs to my Iphone no matter how many times I sync. I even went into the "Summary -> Music" settings for my phone within Itunes and quickly noticed that the "Sync Music" to select/deselect music box is no longer there and now replaced with "iCloud Music Library is On". Has anybody else encountered this issue and what can be done to transfer my music to my phone?
