AppStore will not let be buy Minecraft

I’m running iOS 14.4.1 on the iPhone XR and I went to the AppStore to buy Minecraft and I pressed the button and nothing happened so I went to buy another game and the menu popped up where it wanted Face ID to verify purchase so I canceled it after pressing on the 6.99 purchase button for Minecraft about 70 more times I went to settings signed out Apple ID everything and restarted my phone then signed back in and had the same issue so then I repeated the process with another Apple ID and tried to download the game and I got the same issue,

no I’m not willing to update my iOS version

yes I do have enough money to buy the game and have more then enough credits
