IPhone 11 Ear speaker low volume compared to Xr

I had the camera block on my IPhone 11 replaced in September last year when still under warranty, and noticed since then that the Ear speaker produces low volume.

I didn’t realise until now that it is a hardware issue as I always used headsets and loudspeaker before and blamed signal and my own hearing.

However it is the IPhone 11.

Comparing against my IPhone XR, my IPhone 11 is 20-30% quieter.

I followed all tips suggested in this forum and use all the same settings as the Xr.

Ear speaker appear superclean.

Today I even factory reset it. This happens whenever the ear speaker is in use, regardless of app or function.

Is it a known fact that the IPhone 11 is quieter than the Xr?

Or that in the process of replacing the camera box Apple might’ve accidentally damaged the ear speaker?
