only able to add one child’s vaccination record to Health and my Apple Wallet.

Help! Both of my kids got vaccinated at the same hospital, but I am only able to add one child’s vaccination record to Health and my Apple Wallet. When I try to add the second child’s, it says it’s already been added, even though they have different names. The issue, I assume, is that both records come from the same place and show vaccines administered on the same day. I’ve tried adding and deleting and adding the other child, but nothing works. Surely, I can’t be the only person with this issue.

Hi Lng08,

Wondering if the children's vaccination records each have different QR codes ?

or

whether you have tried the extra step of obtaining "verifiable" vaccination records.

You might want to browse Apple support's online articles to see if something is being overlooked.

Download verifiable COVID-19 vaccination and test result records on iPhone:

Add verifiable COVID-19 vaccination information to Apple Wallet and Health

Says:

"You can download verifiable vaccination and test result records if your vaccine or test result provider supports this format. Check with your provider to see if they support verifiable health records."

Use COVID-19 vaccination cards in Wallet on iPhone

Hope this helps :-)

Here's the latest on this topic:

Mmoye16 (n discussion thread below) says:

“Just spoke to Apple support and they said that the original purpose was for one person’s vaccination to be uploaded.

This was before children were able to be vaccinated.

They know of the issue and hopefully it will be corrected in a future iOS update”.
