Guided access not working iphone 11

Not been able to use guided access. I have updated my phone to the latest version , have restarted it but still not been able to use it. The guided option in accessibility shortcut is greyed out. Thanx

I have tried several times while using apps like Netflix , pubg etc but still not been able to use guided access.
