Missing applications and other folders from side panel after upgrading to Monterey

After upgrading on Monterey - my shortcuts in left panel in finder dissapered, i can not drag them there and they are not visible even its corectly set up in finder settings - did anyone experienced same problem and have a solution?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Hover mouse cursor over right side of header (Oblíbené) and click the arrow that appears (I hope).
