I turned offAirplay on my Roku TV. Now I am tryong to turn it back on and it is not recognizing my TV. I clicked on Airplay/Homekit and it does nothing. I cannot get to Airplay settings . Help

I was having issues with mirroring from my iphone so I turned off the Airplay on my Roku TV in hopes I would have better luck when I turned it back on. Now I cannot get Airplay to work. I go to settings and the Airplay/Homekit. I click and do not get Airplay settings or anything. The word Airplay comes up and then it disappears. When I try to mirror from my iPhone I click the device listed that I have always used and it tells me Airplay Unable to connect to... can someone help me to reconnect? Thank you

iPhone 11, iOS 15
