Setting Alarm Clock

I’m new to iPhones, and Im stunned at how basic the alarm clock is! On my Samsung Galaxy there was a calendar capability within the alarm clock so you could set alarms for future dates. AND you could label what the alarm was for and could have your phone speak the label (if you’re like me and have multiple alarms set over the course of a day and don’t want to have to try and remember what each alarm is for). So… my QUESTION is, is there any alarm clock out there for iPhones (other than what comes on the phone) that have these capabilities? I’d settle for just being able to set future alarms in advance! Thanks.
